We have a communication policy in place including the receiving and returning of telephone calls. Patients are encouraged to make an appointment to see the Doctor regarding the results of their tests or specialists reports.

Our Practice is a mixed billing Practice. The following groups will continue to be bulk billed: • Children under the age of 18 • Pension/Concession Card Holders • DVA Card Holders • University Students/Unemployed. Individuals that don’t fall under any of these categories, fees will apply. Fees are as followed: Level A (short consultation) – $50.00 (Patient Rebate $19.60) Level B (standard consultation) – $80.00 (Patient Rebate $42.85) Level C (long consultation) – $120.00 (Patient Rebate $82.90) Level D (extra long consultation) – $158 (Patient Rebate $122.15. Medicare rebate available.
